Kathy is a Certified Personal Trainer and in the process of being a Registered Kinesiologist. She grew up in Kitchener, ON and recently moved to Kelowna, BC. She received her Honours Bachelor in Kinesiology from Lakehead University. Throughout her childhood, she was involved in many sports and truly excelled in Track and Field, Cross Country and strength training. After graduating Kathy got certified with CSEP and has been working as a Personal Trainer for the last 3 years. She is currently available at Okanagan Integrative Health and offers individualized 1 on 1 training programs and active rehabilitation services.
Kathy specializes with individuals who are post injury to get them back to their regular activities of daily living. She assures this by teaching proper form, exercise technique and creating body awareness. In addition, she also works with individuals looking to reach their goals such as weight loss/gain, hypertrophy and endurance training. Dr. Seth Means was born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming. He attended the University of North Dakota where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Sports Medicine at University of Western States.
Dr. Means is an athlete at heart, playing baseball for NJCAA Division I Dodge City CC and NCAA Division I for the University of North Dakota. Tom’s approach to treatment is facilitative - aiding the body’s already natural ability to heal itself using well practiced techniques that have been shown to be effective. Dr. Mason Shore grew up in West Kelowna before leaving to attend the University of Victoria for 4 years. This is where he decided to follow his passion for helping people and attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto to become a Chiropractor.
